The company has been established to perform property management and maintenance services to these properties whether held by the company or by individual family members.
The company does not act as an advisor or consultant on property investments in any way and does not trade in the public domain.
The company may contract with maintenance / repair providers based on a service agreement with the shareholders or individual related members.
The company does not trade as an estate agent in any way or form and is not registered as such with the Estate Agents Board of South Africa or any other country.
