Information required for ordering and delivery purpose is solicited from clients buying books from the website. Terms & Conditions

RJS Consulting Publishers

Any hard-copy book ordered on the website and paid for by EFT / bank transfer / cash deposit to the RJS Consulting account, will be couriered door-to-door within 14-days. Where this is not possible due to availability of stock / printing lead-time, the client will be advised by e-mail within 24 hours and be provided with the relevant tracking number. Delivery in good condition is subject to the terms and conditions of the courier and RJS Consulting publishers take no responsibility for any loss or damage in this regard.

When the book is no longer in print prospective clients will be advised thereof by an appropriate notice on the website. Detail of any reprints and / or second editions of a book will likewise be advised on the website.

The return of any payment for a book for whatever reason must be communicated to RJS Consulting Publishers by e-mail and is at the sole discretion of Management.
